Workstation role and effect

Sack Gantry automates indoor bag handling by moving full sacks from the pickup area into the machine bay. Instead of hauling every heavy potato sack across the floor by hand, the overhead gantry rails carry full bags straight toward the hoppers.

Two guide reference views document the Sack Gantry setup: the pickup station where full sacks hook into the overhead frame, and the gantry upgrade panel inside the bay.

Cost tier and table position

Sack Gantry is priced at 280 (numeric value 280) in sequence row 6 of 9, matching the 280 cost of the Auto Peel Machine at row 5. Together, buying both mid-tier automation pieces requires 560 currency before you save up for four-digit outdoor yard machinery.

Its next table neighbor is Claw Crane at row 7 (2,100), while in ascending price order the next step up is Sack Cableway at row 8 (1,250).

Shift handling and hotfix notes

Sack handling received dedicated fixes in Hotfix 1.0.2: sacks pour cleanly into the middle of the hopper, a full machine leaves the sack whole instead of eating the bag, and the Sack troubleshooting button in the menu uses a 60-second cooldown.

If you are loading villager crates alongside sack runs, holding E on a loaded villager crate sends the crate directly instead of sacking its potatoes again.
