These five lines are the hidden ending rows. The fourteen visible rows count peels, kindness, smoking breaks, and machine work rather than campaign endings.
Endings in Potato Please
Potato Please includes five hidden ending achievements, a post-storm bunker finale, the Dear Papa letter signed Pavel, and finished-save ending replay added in Hotfix 1.0.1.
Five of the six hidden rows on the Steam achievement board belong to the ending sequence: For the Motherland, Traitor, The Last Harvest, Your Own Executioner, and Every Path Has a Price. The sixth hidden row, Unauthorized Passenger, tracks riding the sack cableway rather than finishing the campaign.

Ending structure and finished-save replay
Before Hotfix 1.0.1 shipped on November 4, 2026, completing a shift locked the save into its post-ending state. Hotfix 1.0.1 updated finished saves so you can replay the ending sequence and also stopped the snowstorm from returning when reloading a completed shift.
After Hotfix 1.0.1, a finished save can play the ending again without starting a fresh pile from zero.
Finished saves no longer bring the snowstorm back on reload, and Hotfix 1.0.2 removes indoor snow blocks that lingered after the storm.
Hidden lines
Each of the five ending achievements carries a short line and a global unlock rate across Steam players. Traitor leads the five at 29.5%, followed by For the Motherland at 25.5% and The Last Harvest at 22.7%, while Every Path Has a Price sits at 13.3% and Your Own Executioner is the rarest ending row at 9.4%.

Letter and yard
Two scenes frame the late shift and finale: the in-game letter addressed Dear Papa and signed Pavel, which presents the Send and Put the letter away choices, and the snowy bunker entrance where the sack cableway runs from the outdoor pile.
The letter opens with Dear Papa, is signed Pavel, and gives the player two prompts on screen: Send or Put the letter away. Note that Invert Y affects only the camera view, while reading and interacting with letters still follow standard mouse or stick movement.
The outdoor yard transitions into a snowstorm during the campaign. In Hotfix 1.0.2, the storm chill and the free flamethrower no longer trigger early on a new game or a pre-storm save, and finished saves reload cleanly without indoor snow blocks.
